Research Interests
My main research interests lie in the field of decision theory, particularly decision making under uncertainty. As part of the RUINS project I work on theoretical foundations of preferences, valuation and insurance under Knightian uncertainty. I develop strategies to model and display different types of uncertainty aversion in order to provide an economic value of uncertain income development caused by climate change effects.
Furthermore, I have strong interests in game theory and microeconomic theory, behavioral economics and experimental economics.
